Refund and Returns Policy

Production process

Orders typically take 2-3 business days, plus additional time for shipping, normally 7-12 business days. Some orders may take longer based upon several factors including the amount of production time to customize your product, the size of the order, and the destination address. Due to Covid-19, few orders might be delivered in 10-14 business days.

Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). If the item is defective or we made an error, we’ll replace it.
BEE4TEE will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition, It must also be in the original packaging and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 15 days of receipt. If there is a defective product or error caused on our end, BEE4TEE will happily replace the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then we will process your request within 24-48 business hours of receipt of your return. Please note shipping costs incurred on your original order are not refunded upon return.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns at this time.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom Designs and print-on-demand t-shirts are not eligible for returns.
A receipt or proof of purchase and order number is required for return requests.

Exchange or replace

You have the option to exchange your order within 30 days of purchase with the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Several types of goods are not eligible for exchange: Custom Designs and print-on-demand items.
Exchange only applies to SAME products with different variant options (such as size and/or color).
Exchange is free. We will provide a free return shipping label, and we’ll ship out your exchange item at no additional cost.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bee4tee.sales@gmail.com and send your item to 6785 Grove Meadows Ln, Cumming 300028 GA.

Exchange or replace

Pre-paid return shipping label provided.
If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don’t want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. (Shipping label fee deducted from the refund)
A $5 Restocking fee is deducted from the total amount available for refund. The fee applies to the entire return, not each individual item.
Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are returning a package over $70, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, for your own benefit since we are not sure whether we will be able to receive your returned package or not.
The shipping services will reuse their tracking numbers after 120 days so that every tracking number will show invalid after that period of time. We will not be responsible for any loss in shipping after 120 days.

Late Returns

Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at BEE4TEE once the return is approved. Returns postmarked after 30 days of the return’s approval will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.  

 *It is at management’s discretion to make one-time exceptions. If management approves any late returns, the return would only be eligible for credit.
